• Idea boards, testing your hypothesis, coaching/developing an improvement mindset & culture.
• Design Thinking in an hour/how to apply these principles to Service Desk, desktop teams, software development, and application support.
• TRIZ techniques – using tried & true innovation/improvement principles such as segmentation, self service, copying, feedback, another dimension, and others to ignite creativity. 
• Starting up an innovation/improvement program and sustaining it over time.
• What employees & leaders should do to ensure success.
• Examples of successful ideas, coaching,  & programs.
• Templates, tools, and techniques you can use at your organization.
